Yes!  heart, heart, triple, double heart, and a giant thank you Nora! noraleah: Mark Bittman’s No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars were one of my favorite things about summer 2008. Easy, fast, and so, so delicious. They’d be perfect for a 4th of July barbecue — maybe add sliced strawberries for a red-white-and-blue theme? Other no-bake treats that looks scrumptious and will keep you cool in the kitchen: Chocolate Raspberry Cream Pie Lemon Cream Tart Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Cookies Miniature Chocolate Cheesecake
